Be transported to Capri as an Aperol Spritz pop-up arrives at Brisbane’s premier dining precinct.

A visit to Eagle Street Pier will see you transported to a moment in Capri with an Aperol Spritz pop-up bar arriving 10 November - 18 December.

Kick back and relax in the sun-filled bar whilst sipping on Aperol cocktails expertly mixed by COPPA, and feast on bar snacks served by some of Brisbane’s favourite restaurants at Eagle Street Pier.

The iconic orange drink - Aperol Spritz - is unmistakably fresh and bittersweet, lighting up toasts, and will add extra joy to summer moments at Brisbane’s premier dining precinct.

Kelly Ferguson, Eagle Street Pier Centre Manager said “The Aperol Spritz pop-up bar will be a fantastic addition to The Pier as we kick-off the festive season. This is going to be a great activation for visitors to meet at, before and after their lunch or dinner.

Eagle Street Pier is already home to some of Brisbane’s best dining experiences and culinary delights, and we are thrilled to see this offering enhanced through November and December” said Kelly Ferguson.

Eagle Street Pier’s Aperol Spritz pop-up bar will be the place to be through the festive season, complemented by delectable food from COPPA, Fatcow Steak & Lobster, Rico Bar & Dining, and City Winery who will each have a selection of bar favourites, small plates and nibbles available to order direct to the pop-up bar.

The Aperol Spritz pop-up bar will operate at Eagle Street Pier in the Northshore forecourt (opposite City Winery) Wednesdays - Saturdays, 12-7pm daily.
