Together with Guillaume, Youfoodz have created the Signature range with five contemporary ready-made meals combining classic cooking techniques and the freshest, most premium ingredients to elevate dining at home.

One of Australia’s most popular Chefs, French-born Guillaume Brahimi realised his passion for cooking at an early age. As a young man he trained at Michelin Star restaurants La Tour D’argent and Jamin in Paris, prior to moving to Australia.
Named GQ’s Chef of the Year in 2015, Guillaume has received many awards and accolades for his restaurants. Now, customers can enjoy Guillaume’s creations in the comfort of one's own home with Youfoodz’ Signature range.

Beef Bourguignon - $14.95
French stew made with tender beef in a vegetable & red wine jus, served with baby carrots & creamy mash potato.
“What I really wanted was to bring home the feeling of being at a bistro in Paris, without the fuss. As a child growing up in France, I remember my grandmother adding a generous splash of leftover red wine in the stew. I always knew when it was on the school menu too, because you could smell it coming from the canteen. It was always a good day when Beef Bourguignon was served,” said Guillaume.
Roast Lamb & Salsa Verde - $14.95
Salsa verde atop tender slices of lamb, served with roasted chat potatoes & blistered cherry tomatoes.
“The French love to enjoy lamb during Spring, but in Australia, we have the luxury of enjoying it all year round. We decided that salsa verde just had to accompany the lamb, due to its fresh and tangy flavour profile. It’s made by blending herbs including basil and parsley with a generous amount of oil, garlic and a touch of lemon juice,” said Guillaume.
Spinach & Feta Stuffed Chicken - $12.95
Rolled spinach & feta-stuffed chicken breast with creamy mash, roasted pumpkin & balsamic onions.
“We’ve taken the time to apply a lot of technique to this dish, so you can enjoy a restaurant-quality meal from the comfort of your home. A glass of chardonnay pairs perfectly with the stuffed chicken,” said Guillaume.
Forest Mushroom Orecchiette - $11.95
Al dente orecchiette pasta & mushrooms in a boscaiola sauce, with truffle oil and asparagus.
“Orecchiette is a type of pasta, which in Italian, means “little ears” due to its circular-like shape. They’re slightly thinner in the middle than the edges, making this pasta variety unique in texture. Pairing Orecchiette with the delicacy of forest mushrooms was a no brainer,” said Guillaume.
Barramundi with Brand-Lemon Sauce - $13.95
Barramundi with chat potatoes, blistered cherry tomatoes & asparagus in a brand-lemon sauce.
“In Australia, we have access to some of the freshest Barramundi in the world and I’m so happy to have been able to create a dish with it as the hero. Pairing the white fish with something as unique as a brandy and lemon sauce brings me a lot of joy, especially knowing that the meal can be delivered fresh to your door,” said Guillaume.
